To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 18-20 years of experience in Windows infrastructure engineering, including significant experience in a lead or senior role.
  • Expertise in Windows Server operating systems (2016, 2019, 2022) and Active Directory.
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware and/or Hyper-V.
  • Strong experience in scripting and automation (PowerShell programming, Ansible).
  • Understanding of complex network topologies, protocols, and services (e.g., VLAN, Load balancing, TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Knowledge of storage systems and SAN/NAS/vSAN technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willingness to take on new challenges and learn new technologies.
