Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at DP World Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share in the automotive sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the automotive industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients.

Requirements

Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets in the logistics or related industry.

Relevant logistics expertise within identified sub-sectors, including 2W, PV/CV, Components/Tyres, and Defense.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, persuade, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex logistics solutions in a clear and compelling manner.

Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.

Preferred Qualifications

Post-Graduation in Marketing/Sales or Post-Graduation in Logistics/Supply Chain.

Relevant certifications in logistics or related fields.
