Zaggle Integration Services Technical Specialist

The role of Technical Integration Specialist involves collaborating with the Implementation Project Manager to implement Zaggle Solutions and gather interface requirements based on client business needs. This position requires technical configuration of customer-specific environments, including all integration interfaces and settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and testing of Zaggle Products
- Consulting on and handling implementations, providing technical expertise on Integrations, feeds, loads, and extracts
- Configuring all interfaces for ERP, Employee, Card, and other systems
- Gathering functional and business requirements from clients and translating them into a functional and technical solution design
- Setting up Single-Sign-On (SSO) and File Transfer Protocol (FTP) with clients
- Troubleshooting or conducting system performance optimization exercises with clients
- Working with the project team to test external interfaces
- Performing general issue resolution
- Liaising with Technical Operations to ensure hardware availability through implementation
- Migrating configurations from test to production
- Maintaining all installations throughout the lifecycle of an implementation (Test, Production)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Technical degree (Degree in Accounting, a plus)
- 2-3 years of enterprise-level project management, consulting, and/or software implementation experience
- Proficiency in setting up SSO, FTP, file import/extract interfaces
- Database knowledge, HTML, SAML, Integration Technologies understanding, and preferably hands-on practice are necessary
- VB or Ruby or other 4GL language and SQL skills
- Experience with FTP and PGP file encryption (or similar)
- Strong working knowledge of flat files, XML files, and Excel spreadsheets
- Experience in client-facing/service roles
- Experience with financial applications and knowledge of accounting processes, a plus
- Full life-cycle financial system implementation experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver on commitments
- Ability to pass a background check
Knowledge & Skills:
- Understanding of implementation methodologies and project management in a software company
- Strong problem resolution skills - proven to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid, and ever-changing work environment and able to facilitate changes as situation requires
- Must possess effective presentation skills as well as excellent written and oral communications skills
