  • Tracking metrics.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in leading and coaching teams consisting of hourly and salaried associates.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in process improvement, lean expertise, process redesign, and software development.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or relevant demonstrated project work utilizing a structured continuous improvement or development methodology.
  • Technical skills in software development using Agile and DevOps.
  • Project Management experience and the ability to successfully close out time-dependent programs.
