Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Systems Integration Specialist to join our team at NTT DATA Services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows Server operating system and system software products, as well as expertise in AWS Cloud Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, customization and maintenance of the Windows Server operating system and system software products in support of business processing requirements for both On-premise and Cloud environment
  • Evaluate and integrate new operating system versions, drivers and hardware
  • Provides in-depth diagnosis for operating systems software/hardware failures and develops solutions
  • Monitors and tunes the system to achieve optimum performance levels in standalone and multi-tiered environments
  • Conducts system analysis, configuration management and develops improvements for system software performance, availability and reliability
  • Implements appropriate levels of system security. Maintain security patching and remediating vulnerabilities, propose solutions for the same
  • Perform incident resolution, problem determination and root cause analysis in accordance with service level. Knowledge of ITIL
  • Recommend and implement modifications to the server environment, Innovation, Ideas to improve
  • Preparation of Standard Documents and periodically review them for modifications
  • Identifies opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency and customer service levels
  • Maintain Server Inventory updated and accurate
  • Maintain checks for server's backup and monitoring solutions
  • Provides technical expertise for system transitions, migrations and consolidations
  • Understands and foresees implications of decisions
  • Knowledge of industry and business principles
  • Presents problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner
  • Independently develops solutions that are thorough, practical, and consistent with functional or customer objectives
  • Forecasts, models, and utilizes advanced analytical tools
  • Creates new procedures and processes to drive desired results
  • Handles diverse range of issues that require evaluation of a variety of factors including current business trends
  • Articulates pros and cons of an action in a clear manner
  • Develops skills to analyze ambiguous problems
  • Enhances own knowledge through understanding business trends and objectives
  • Regularly interacts with colleagues or customers generally up to senior level management
  • May provide technical guidance or influence the work of others
  • Updates management on project/activity status
  • Contributes to area by ensuring quality of tasks/services provided by self and others

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of overall experience
  • 6+ years of AWS experience
  • 6+ years of experience working in a diverse cloud support environment in a 24*7 production support model

Preferred Certifications:

  • AWS SysOps Administrator/Solutions Architect Associate Certifications
  • AWS Solutions Architect Professional Certification

Work Timings:

  • Should be willing to work in a rotational shift with a 24x7 support window
