Kaplan International Pathways is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid search and paid social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective paid search strategies to drive maximum return on investment.
  2. Design and execute paid social media campaigns to achieve targeted leads and customer acquisition goals.
  3. Monitor and adjust campaigns to multiple geographic regions as needed.
  4. Optimize and report on "test and learn" activities to establish best practices for paid channels activity across international markets.
  5. Drive efficiencies with analytics-led plans, build, and test of PPC campaigns.
  6. Report and analyze results regularly using different data sources.
  7. Implement and monitor data-led strategies for international markets that deliver against marketing plans.
  8. Collate and distribute information for internal reporting.
  9. Presents strategies and plans to internal stakeholders in markets and other central teams.
  10. Help lead on sharing internal and external digital trends and technologies with the team to continually improve the program and maintain competitive advantage.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for leading our paid search and paid social media campaigns to drive maximum return on investment.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in PPC and Paid Social.
  2. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
  3. Strong analytical skills.
  4. High attention to detail.
  5. Strong understanding of reporting platforms, Google Analytics.
  6. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  7. Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  8. Positive attitude, flexible, can work collaboratively.
  9. Enthusiastic, energetic and passionate, likes to bring ideas to the table.
  10. Interest in ongoing learning and desire for personal development.
