About the Role

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for creating outbound demand-generation activities, engaging with key decision-makers, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. Your primary goal will be to introduce our solutions to assigned target accounts, spark interest in how we can solve their business challenges, and set up meetings with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to assigned target accounts through various prospecting methods, including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other creative engagement strategies.
  • Qualifying Leads: Identify and qualify leads based on set criteria and understand potential customers' key pain points to position our solutions effectively.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Create interest in our products and services and schedule meetings or demos with qualified prospects for the sales team.
  • Achieve/Exceed SQP Targets: Consistently meet or exceed the Sales Qualified Pipeline (SQP) target set for each quarter by generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Min 2+ years of experience in Enterprise/SaaS software sales for the USA region.
  • Proven track record in Source to Pay / Procure To Pay / Contract Life Cycle Management/Spend Management, or Accounts Payable domain or ServiceNow Ecosystem is highly preferred.
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, & Relationship building skills.

Benefits & Compensation

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary of $120,000 - $140,000 per annum, along with additional benefits such as hybrid work mode, flexible working hours, and opportunities for growth and professional development within the Zyoin Group.
