Job Summary:

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Executive to oversee and manage financial aspects of purchase order creation and invoice accounting using SAP software. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency of financial processes, data management, budget evaluation, and weekly reporting.

Key Responsibilities:Purchase Order Management:
  • Create and manage purchase orders using SAP or other relevant software.
  • Ensure purchase orders are accurate and compliant with company policies and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to track order status and resolve any discrepancies.
Invoice Accounting:
  • Validate and process invoices through SAP, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Monitor and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
Financial Data Management:
  • Maintain an organized and easily accessible database of financial records, including purchase orders and invoices.
  • Ensure that financial data is complete and up-to-date for reporting and auditing purposes.
Budget Evaluation:
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of departmental budgets.
  • Prepare regular reports on budget utilization and provide insights and recommendations for cost control.
Weekly Reporting:
  • Prepare and present weekly reports on the department's financial spending to the Head of Projects.
  • Highlight any variances, financial risks, or opportunities for improvement.
Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of financial transactions.
Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annumRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in financial operations, purchase order management, and invoice accounting.
  • Proficiency in SAP or other relevant financial software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
