We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Social Expert.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data collection methodologies, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Collect and compile social survey and baseline data, generating comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise local enumerators for conducting field studies, adhering to project guidelines and protocols.
  • Conduct initial screenings, censuses, and socio-economic studies of affected households, providing valuable insights for mitigation measures.
  • Organize public consultation meetings and focused group discussions with project-affected persons, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with government officials, NGOs, and local bodies to ensure stakeholder engagement and address concerns effectively.
  • Identify critical areas and suggest suitable mitigation measures, minimizing potential impacts on communities.
  • Collaborate with departments to rationalize resettlement plans, balancing competing interests and needs.
  • Analyze data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Prepare socio-economic profiles of project influence areas, informing decision-making processes and resource allocation.
