UX/UI Designer (AI-First Financial Product Design)

We're seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you'll work on complex interaction models for AI-driven tools, balancing data clarity, human-centered design, and regulatory needs.

This is a hands-on, growth-focused role for a UX/UI Designer who wants to make a real difference. You'll collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to create experiences that balance automation with user control.

You'll have the opportunity to:
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for intelligent financial interfaces—ranging from mobile apps to conversational agents.

  • Design for transparency, trust, and explainability—ensuring AI behaviors are intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Support user research and usability testing efforts with insights that directly inform design iteration.
  • Contribute to and help evolve our internal design system to reflect the unique needs of agentic AI interfaces.


About You
  • A minimum of 5–8 years of UX/UI design experience with at least some exposure to fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking, clean UI design, and interest in complex interaction design.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • A foundational understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), with interest in human-AI interaction.
  • Curiosity, humility, and eagerness to grow—especially in applying design to AI-powered products.
