Job Title:
Linguistic AI Developer

At Turing, we're seeking a seasoned linguistic AI developer to join our GenAI delivery organization. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and optimizing large language models using techniques like prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions that drive business value
  • Own and maintain high-quality code in Python and SQL, focusing on reusable components, scalability, and performance best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver impactful AI products
  • Provide technical leadership and knowledge-sharing to the engineering team
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLM research and generative AI

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in building machine learning models & systems
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in how LLMs work & Generative AI (LLM) techniques
  • Expert proficiency in programming skills in Python, Langchain/Langgraph and SQL
  • Understanding of Cloud services, including Azure, GCP, or AWS
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business SMEs
