The ideal candidate will be an experienced care professional with a strong background in health and social care, and a proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality care services. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care services, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and support.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care services
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our customers
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and their families

  • A competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000, depending on experience
  • An additional £300 per on-call weekend (limited to one each month)

Requirements:

  • MUST IT skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Qualifications in health and social care and a relevant management qualification
  • Experience in domiciliary care provision

Preferred qualifications:

  • QCF (NVQ) Level 3 in Care/Management or equivalent
  • Domiciliary Care experience
