Key Responsibilities:
Procure to Pay:
- Receive and process physical and electronic documents
- Retrieve documents from vendor portals
- Scan and validate documents
- Perform data augmentation and archive documents according to country policies
- Process invoices, credit notes, and manage related litigations
- Manage supplier queries, payment schedules, and funding
- Reconcile bank debits with payment files and record payments in ERP systems
Order to Cash:
- Create, change, and post sale, credit, and debit orders
- Create, change, and post down-payment orders
- Issue and change invoices
- Monitor bank statements and interfaces
- Match remittances to invoices and adjust customer advances and retentions
- Perform other adjustments, such as withholding taxes and penalties
- Handle short and over payments, and seek additional information on remittances
- Review and clear on-account and suspense postings
Common Responsibilities:
- Adhere to set processes and SOPs in the day-to-day execution of tasks
- Actively contribute to performing root cause analysis on critical issues and errors reported, and closure of corrective and preventive actions
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in Accounting or Finance
Language:
English (mandatory)
Behavioral Competencies:
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Team playing skills
- Ability to adhere to set guidelines
Technical Competencies & Experience:
- Mandatory: understanding of accounting and basic skills in accounting tools
- Desirable: exposure to ERPs
