About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Softcell Technologies Global Pvt. Ltd. in Pune.

Job Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our marketing efforts to expand our reach to new customers and deepen our engagement with existing customer contacts within our three key business units: Systems Integration, Mobility, and Engineering Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and executing targeted digital marketing campaigns designed to reach new customers and engage current contacts, including email marketing, social media advertising, and targeted online ads.
  • Content Creation: Help create compelling content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and websites aimed at attracting and engaging new customers and existing contacts within our target accounts.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow Softcell's presence on social media platforms, focusing on attracting new followers and engaging existing ones.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in creating and managing email marketing campaigns targeted at both prospective customers and existing contacts within our accounts, tracking metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in reaching new customer segments and engaging current customer contacts.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform and refine marketing strategies aimed at expanding our customer base.
  • Customer Database Creation and Management: Help create and maintain a comprehensive customer database, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date, segmented appropriately, and leveraged effectively in marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
  • Creativity: Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content for different platforms and audiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Experience with CRM systems or customer database management is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Passion for Technology: A genuine interest in technology and digital transformation, particularly in the fields of Systems Integration, Mobility, and Engineering Services.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Salary: ₹8-12 lakhs per annum (approximately $10,000-$15,000 USD), based on performance and qualifications.
