Job Summary
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator for Marine Scheduling who will be responsible for managing the delivery of planning and scheduling tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure that requests are handled efficiently, meeting proposed KPI targets, while maintaining high standards of service and compliance with global processes. This role also involves promptly and professionally receiving and acknowledging client requests.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Monitor vessel schedules for In-Service jobs to facilitate effective planning, which includes conducting technical competency checks, assessing resource availability, recommending appropriate assignments, organizing tasks in the surveyor calendar, and managing Planning & Scheduling requests.
  • Request Validation: Verify requests by performing contract and account checks to ensure all requirements are fulfilled, including assessing the feasibility of remote surveys when applicable.
  • Client Communication: Confirm client attendance by delivering clear and timely communication about scheduling and any changes.
  • Knowledge Development: Continuously build local knowledge of clients, locations, and surveyors to improve scheduling effectiveness.
  • Standards and Processes: Ensure compliance with global standards and processes in all planning and scheduling activities, upholding high levels of accountability and performance in line with these standards.

Salary and Benefits
