Backend Developer Job Opportunity

  • Develop and maintain robust backend services using FastAPI and Django.
  • Design and deploy microservices from scratch ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Choose the right storage solutions depending on use case.
  • Optimize server performance focusing on low latency and high throughput.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and debugging strategies with industry-standard tools.
  • Work with asynchronous programming and understand Python internals.
  • Collaborate with frontend teams when needed.
  • Ensure clean, maintainable, and test-driven code with proper documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of professional backend development experience with FastAPI and Django.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling microservices architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and Python internals.
  • Deep understanding of database design including relational and non-relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience in server optimization, performance tuning, and profiling.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and debugging tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in AI code helpers.
  • Willingness to learn and build AI agentic solutions.
