Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and administer storage arrays, including EMC, NetApp, and HP systems
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve storage-related issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless storage infrastructure operations
  • Participate in disaster recovery activities and critical escalations as required

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of experience in SAN administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Wide experience of storage systems, including EMC, NetApp, and HP
  • Proficiency in SAN admin tasks on various storage systems
  • Experience in working with multiple storage vendors for incident troubleshooting and changes

Preferred Qualifications

  • EMC Basic SAN – ISM/ SNIA certification
  • NetApp, EMC, HP, IBM certifications
  • Experience with storage replication technologies
  • Understanding of mid-level Windows, ESX, or UNIX administration
