Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Gujarat market.

About the Role:

  • Manage and develop a strong network of distributors and partners across Gujarat.
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement effective strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 10-13 years of experience in pharma sales, preferably in Gujarat.
  • Strong knowledge of the Gujarat market and its dynamics.
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with pharma companies such as Zydus, Cadila, Eris, Torrent, Lincoln, etc.
  • Familiarity with Gynec, Ortho, and Gastro product lines.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around ₹25-30 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include a performance-based bonus structure, medical insurance, and paid time off.
