About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Treasures Relationship Manager to join our Consumer Banking Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional volume and revenue performance by acquiring and engaging with DBS Treasures clients.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire and upgrade quality Treasures clients in the branch location areas
- Engage with existing customers to deepen their wallet share through retention and growth of Total Relationship Value (TRV)
- Accountable for achieving annual volume and revenue objectives
- Ensure Savings Book and loan book growth
- Implement and execute product strategies through effective relationship management
- Develop client trust and loyalty through lifestyle and beyond banking propositions
- Drive and deliver exemplary customer service and uphold DBS service standards
- 6-12 years of experience in HNI Sales / Wealth Management / Private Banking segment
- Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India
- In-depth knowledge of local market and competition
- AMFI / IRDAI / FEDAI certification would be an added advantage
