About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Treasures Relationship Manager to join our Consumer Banking Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional volume and revenue performance by acquiring and engaging with DBS Treasures clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and upgrade quality Treasures clients in the branch location areas
  • Engage with existing customers to deepen their wallet share through retention and growth of Total Relationship Value (TRV)
  • Accountable for achieving annual volume and revenue objectives
  • Ensure Savings Book and loan book growth
  • Implement and execute product strategies through effective relationship management
  • Develop client trust and loyalty through lifestyle and beyond banking propositions
  • Drive and deliver exemplary customer service and uphold DBS service standards
Requirements
  • 6-12 years of experience in HNI Sales / Wealth Management / Private Banking segment
  • Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India
  • In-depth knowledge of local market and competition
  • AMFI / IRDAI / FEDAI certification would be an added advantage
