Senior 3D Artist Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Unreal Environment & 3D Artist to craft engaging virtual spaces while collaborating with architects, engineers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Environment Creation: Build large-scale, photorealistic environments (buildings, cities, interiors) in Unreal Engine, ensuring optimal performance.
  • 3D Asset Development: Model, texture, and optimize high-quality 3D assets (architecture, props, foliage, lighting, materials).
  • Digital Twin Integration: Import and integrate CAD/BIM/Revit data into interactive Unreal environments.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure scenes meet real-time performance benchmarks.
  • Art Direction & Mentorship: Set visual standards and provide feedback to junior artists.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate technical specs into compelling visualizations.
  • Pipeline Management: Define and improve workflows for CAD/BIM data import into Unreal.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in 3D Art, Architecture, Computer Graphics, Game Design, or related field.
  • 4+ years in 3D art/environment design, with 3+ years focused on Unreal Engine (architectural visualization/digital twins).
  • Core Expertise:
  • Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine.
  • Strong 3D modeling & texturing skills.
  • Proven ability to import/optimize CAD/BIM files.
  • Lighting, shading, and material creation.
  • Strong artistic sense of scale, realism, and composition.
  • Deep knowledge of UV mapping, baking, LODs, optimization.
  • Technical Skills:
  • LOD generation & asset optimization.
  • Familiarity with Blueprints.
  • VR/AR/MR workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in related field.
  • 5+ years in 3D art/environment design.
  • Expertise in GIS, IoT, or real-time data integration within Unreal.
