At Breezy Talent, we're seeking a talented Business Development Manager to drive our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT service industry, with a strong understanding of B2B IT products and digital commerce markets. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Researching new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and email campaigns.
  • Identifying key players and generating interest.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within your assigned territory.


Key qualifications include:

  • Proven inside sales/BDE/SDR experience in the IT service industry.
  • Strong phone presence and experience with cold calls and emails.
  • Good understanding of the B2B IT product market and digital commerce market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Hand-on experience with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
