Maintenance Technician Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Accor. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance programs for various systems, including air-conditioning & electrical, refrigeration, FLS equipment, and building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance programs for the various systems
  • Communicate with engineering management and team leader to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate and inform engineering management and team leader of any disruptions to service
  • Implement safe work practices, efficient methods, and proper preventative maintenance and repair
  • Develop skills through training and hands-on experience

  • Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times
