About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with experience in SAP Business Warehouse to join our vibrant team based in Pune. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective data models, developing custom ABAP programs for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implementation: Develop and maintain SAP BW data models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making processes.
  • ABAP programming: Develop custom ABAP programs for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Utilize Analysis for Office (AFO) to create dynamic and interactive reports for end-users.
  • Query management: Create and manage queries using SAP BW Query Designer.
  • Business requirements gathering: Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Data integration: Manage data integration projects, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing SAP BW and reporting issues.
  • Project management: Basic skills on working in data projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on SAP Business Warehouse.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in ABAP programming, Analysis for Office (AFO), and SAP BW Query Designer.
  • Data modeling: Strong ability to design and implement effective data models.
  • Planning: Integrated planning using SAP BW-IP, ideally experience with IBP.
  • Analytical skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at business level.
  • Ideally SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP BW/4HANA, Certified ABAP Developer, Certified Data Analyst.

Salary and Benefits
