Business Development Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Account Growth Strategist to join our team at InterSources.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in client relationship management, talent acquisition, and business development to drive growth and success for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily interactions with clients to understand their requirements and expectations;
- Serving as a strong liaison between our directors and recruiters to ensure seamless communication and collaboration;
- Allocating open positions to recruiters within specified timelines and strategies;
- Pipeline management for technology roles across developer profiles, with a focus on active pipelining;
- Staying abreast of industry trends, including cloud hiring skills, to inform recruitment strategies;
- Setting and managing team and individual revenue targets in consultation with management;
- Ensuring thorough screening and timely sharing of profiles with clients;
- Implementing effective recruitment strategies to achieve goals;
- Identifying and addressing performance gaps within the team;
- Collaborating with HR to develop plans to fill these gaps and maintain consistency in team performance;
- Conducting daily follow-ups and sharing accurate trackers with clients;
- Maintaining weekly/monthly/quarterly scorecards for team members and providing regular feedback to HR and directors;
- Fostering a positive team environment through open communication and inspiring leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving business growth;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Aptitude in grievance handling and conflict management;
- Hands-on experience in handling recruitment drives and volume.
