We are seeking an exceptional Account Growth Strategist to join our team at InterSources.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in client relationship management, talent acquisition, and business development to drive growth and success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily interactions with clients to understand their requirements and expectations;
  • Serving as a strong liaison between our directors and recruiters to ensure seamless communication and collaboration;
  • Allocating open positions to recruiters within specified timelines and strategies;
  • Pipeline management for technology roles across developer profiles, with a focus on active pipelining;
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, including cloud hiring skills, to inform recruitment strategies;
  • Setting and managing team and individual revenue targets in consultation with management;
  • Ensuring thorough screening and timely sharing of profiles with clients;
  • Implementing effective recruitment strategies to achieve goals;
  • Identifying and addressing performance gaps within the team;
  • Collaborating with HR to develop plans to fill these gaps and maintain consistency in team performance;
  • Conducting daily follow-ups and sharing accurate trackers with clients;
  • Maintaining weekly/monthly/quarterly scorecards for team members and providing regular feedback to HR and directors;
  • Fostering a positive team environment through open communication and inspiring leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing teams and driving business growth;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Aptitude in grievance handling and conflict management;
  • Hands-on experience in handling recruitment drives and volume.
