Your Impact

You will be instrumental in executing and improving our sales plan by closing new clients and managing the inbound sales pipeline. Leverage your exceptional communication skills, sales acumen, and business acumen to identify and cultivate new sales opportunities, transforming them into enduring partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and discovery to conducting product demonstrations, negotiation, and successful deal closures.
  2. Drive the Value Proposition of Avoma by presenting, promoting, conducting engaging product demonstrations, and executing persuasive sales strategies to captivate and convert both existing and prospective customers.
  3. Skillfully negotiate agreements and diligently maintain sales records and data.
  4. Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post go-live adoption and value creation.
  5. Propose and explore inventive concepts to enhance sales growth and elevate the overall customer experience.
  6. Stay on top of industry trends and market dynamics that may potentially impact Avoma's value proposition within your designated segment.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Key requirements include:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Account Executive in a US-based SaaS company
  • Reside in India
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

  • BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing
  • Previous experience working in a US-based SaaS start-up
  • Previous B2B sales experience
  • Expert-level knowledge of Hubspot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales, etc.
  • Familiarity with utilizing Open AI/Chat GPT technology to enhance customer interactions and provide exceptional support
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies and tools
