We are seeking a Counselor for International Education to join our team. As a Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through the process of accessing world-class education in Italy.

About the Role:

  • Drive conversions by converting qualified leads into paid enrollments via various channels.
  • Owning onboarding, guide students through documents, timelines, and milestones; coordinate handoffs with operations through the visa stage.
  • Operate in CRM systems with rigorous pipeline hygiene, activity logging, segments/views, sequences, and weekly reporting.
  • Conduct targeted outreach to schools, counselors, influencers, and ambassadors to generate referrals and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Educate and guide students clearly explaining pathways, timelines, and expectations; handle objections on fees, fit, and safety.
  • Achieve targets by meeting or exceeding monthly conversion and collection goals.
  • Report progress by publishing weekly dashboards on response times, contact attempts, show-up rate, conversion, and revenue collected.
  • Maintain integrity by engaging only consented leads; keep records accurate and complete.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience required: 3–6+ years in study-abroad/education services sales for the Indian market with consistent conversions.
  • Proven track record of success in closing paid enrollments and meeting monthly targets.
  • CRM proficiency preferred; HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce a plus.
  • Tech-savviness including Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, basic GA4/Clarity awareness, spreadsheets; comfort with call recording/QA.
  • Communication skills: strong English and Hindi; additional Indian languages are a plus.
  • Results-oriented mindset with command of funnel math (attempts, connects, show-ups, close rate, collection rate).
