
Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business growth and client acquisition in the solar energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop sales strategies for solar projects aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Nurture relationships with key decision-makers across government, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Deliver impactful presentations explaining solar energy solutions.
- Assist in preparing accurate technical and financial proposals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define project scope and cost estimates.
- SUPPORT contract negotiations and finalize agreements with clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and post-sales support.
- Address client queries and resolve project-related issues.
- Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Coordinate project delivery with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Track project progress against timelines and budgets while aligning with client expectations.
- Analyse performance of completed projects and suggest areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Provide periodic sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Head.
- Analyse sales data to inform future strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Any Graduate / BE / B.Tech (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of total experience with at least 2–3 years in solar/renewable energy project sales.
- Proven track record of executing successful solar projects of at least 500 kW (rooftop or ground-mounted).
- Candidates from open access projects, channel sales, or inside sales will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy products and systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting software.
- Ability to interpret technical data and present clear solutions to clients.
