- Revenue Maximization: Maximize revenue by up-selling and promoting hotel services.
- Information Management: Accurately file all information regarding reservations and past bookings.
- Deposit Management: Post advanced deposits to individual reservations and perform deposit audits.
- Communication: Send confirmation of reservations and communicate with clients regarding their bookings.
**Requirements:**
- English Language Proficiency: Must possess professional telephone etiquette and have an excellent command of the English language.
- Analysis and Problem-Solving: Must be able to analyze client situations and make suggestions.
- Verbal and Written Communication: Demonstrates clear and effective verbal and written skills for the purpose of obtaining and conveying information to clients, technicians, management, and team members.
- Education and Qualifications: Relevant qualification, preferably a College/University degree in Tourism.
