About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to join our cutting-edge technology team. As a leader, you will spearhead a high-performance engineering team in developing the next-generation Digital Banking platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performance engineering team to develop the next-gen financial platform & application in payments.
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to understand requirements and build product execution and delivery roadmaps.
  • Establish and refine processes to boost team effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Work closely with Product Teams to deliver product features regularly.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Strong technical program management leadership experience, including 5-7 years leading multiple complex technical projects.

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and influence at all levels.
  • Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly, focusing on critical key points.
  • Proven ability to uncover and manage risks within programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering optimal outcomes for complex programs.
  • Tech knowledge to guide the team toward the right solution.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • QA or DEV background.
  • Coding knowledge.
  • Program Management/Scrum certifications.

The Perfect Candidate

You will excel in this role if you can:

  • Aid in planning for India's program, partnering with key stakeholders across product management, engineering managers, architects, and quality engineering leaders.
  • Communicate the plan, status, and risk to Vice President & C-level stakeholders.
  • Build trust and drive change on a program across multiple portfolios.
  • Drive and own the program strategy, tying the business unit, portfolio, and program strategy together.
  • Prioritize initiatives within the program and surface risks and trade-offs as well as recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Break down and organize the program into manageable pieces that can be delegated or individually owned.
  • Drive the status and reporting structure in a manner consistent with both Agile principles and program needs.
  • Partner with leadership to create an environment where teams feel encouraged and motivated to work on your program(s).
  • Develop decision-making principles and recommendations for decisions.
  • Identify risks, develop a risk mitigation plan, and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Use data, principles, and risk mitigation to assess progress to plan.
