About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineering Architect to join our team at Mindpool Technologies in Bangalore. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled professional to take on a leadership role and drive innovation in our electrical engineering architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own system and subsystem requirements design for various functional domains, ensuring they exceed customer expectations and cost requirements.
  • Design, develop, simulate, and validate SysML models, generating EE system requirements and implementing systematic requirements management models that meet industry best practices.
  • Drive early life cycle delivery through agile methodologies and provide requirements for HW & SW solutions based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • Foster research, design, development, and engineering skill development within the team, supervising engineers, contractors, interns, and external partners.
  • Lead a team of approximately 10-15 people worldwide, responsible for recruitment and developing a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.
Requirements
  • 6-9 years of experience in EE Architecture design or Electrical Engineering architecture roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven track record of delivering business and technology results for complex initiatives while managing multiple priorities.
  • Long-term experience in defining and designing large complex embedded networked computer systems, including system topologies, components, and interfaces.
  • Good knowledge of Network & Diagnostics Design: CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, Ethernet, and UDS protocols.
  • Experience implementing Electrical/Electronic systems and integration designs.
  • Experience in requirements specification in the automotive environment and good knowledge of INCOSE best practices.
  • Good knowledge of Sys ML and Model-Based Design (preferably using IBM Rational Rhapsody).
  • Fluency in English is required; any other European language is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent relevant business experience.
  • Designed EE platforms or components for Service Oriented Architectures (SOA).
  • Track record experience with the design and requirements of complex automotive domains: ADAS/AD; Body; Cockpit; Connectivity; Powertrain; and Power Distribution.
  • 7+ years of experience in EE Systems or EE Architecture R&D.
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
