At MSP Steel & Power, we are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Plant Recruitment Lead to join our team in Keonjhar, Odisha.

Job Description:

We require an experienced professional to lead recruitment efforts for our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of HR Operations, Performance Management Systems, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to meet staffing needs with qualified candidates.
  • Manage HR operations, including performance management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement Learning & Development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with plant management to understand staffing requirements and work towards fulfilling those needs.
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies and legal regulations specific to the manufacturing sector.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, particularly in a manufacturing plant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Performance Management Systems, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement practices.
  • Fluency in Odia is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
