About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fusion PPM Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our customers, serving as an advocate for their needs.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of experience in implementation, support, or upgrade of Oracle Fusion PPM, with real-time hands-on functional/product and/or technical experience. They should be able to relate product functionality to business processes and offer implementation advice to customers.

You will work directly with customers to advise on complex use of Oracle products, resolve highly complex and mission-critical issues, and manage highly complex and critical customer issues. You will also serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues and consult with management in directing resolution of critical customer situations.

As a Fusion PPM Technical Support Specialist, you will be expected to conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions, exhibit effective analytical skills and organizational skills, and have a good command over spoken and written English. You will interact directly with customers, follow through on all assignments, and take ownership of customer issues.

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The position is based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Noida, and working in shifts is mandatory.

Requirements
