About the Position - AGM-TALENT ACQUISITION

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, based in Delhi-NCR, to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in recruitment and talent management, with a proven track record of success in non-IT and sales recruitments.

Responsibilities & Experience

  • Lead a team of recruiters to achieve ambitious hiring targets
  • Develop and implement effective vendor management strategies
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job descriptions to salary negotiations
  • Provide training and coaching to recruiters to enhance their skills and performance
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels to ensure cost-effective hiring
  • Screening and shortlisting CVs, conducting interviews, and facilitating the interview process with line managers
  • Salary fitment, negotiations, and offer roll-outs
  • Generate MIS and reports to track key performance indicators

Qualifications

  • Graduate with excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Minimum 12-14 years of extensive experience in mass/niche/support and leadership hiring
  • Proven track record of handling large teams and driving results-oriented recruitment strategies

Compensation & Benefits
