Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Architect to join our team. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and architecting product features that are secure, scalable, and easy to implement and maintain. You will lead self-organizing Agile teams, plan and identify solutions and risks proactively, and own delivery of assigned work in terms of committed date, scope, and quality.

Responsibilities
  1. Understand complex business problems to design and architect product features that meet business requirements.
  2. Lead self-organizing Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  3. Plan and identify solutions and risks proactively to ensure successful project outcomes.
  4. Own delivery of assigned work in terms of committed date, scope, and quality.
  5. Stay at the cutting edge of technology trends and lead technical initiatives independently towards planned outcomes.
Requirements
  1. 9-12 years of experience in developing enterprise web applications.
  2. Strong expertise on the Microsoft technology stack (MVC, Web API, SQL Server).
  3. Good knowledge of client-side scripting - JavaScript and JQuery, Kendo.
  4. Knowledge of design patterns is required.
  5. Ability to deliver software and artefacts independently.
  6. Ability to mentor technical teams and evaluate software artefacts.
  7. Ability to communicate with technical experts as well as functional teams.
  8. Demonstrated experience with non-functional requirements like performance, scalability, and security.
  9. Ability to propose solutions for design and architecture.
  10. Demonstrated experience in complex software troubleshooting techniques.
  11. Experience in Product Engineering is desirable.
  12. Exposure to Windows Azure is an added advantage.
