Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of software development experience in an individual contributor role.
  • Experience developing software in a commercial software product development environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • A polyglot in programming languages with the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Experience building and maintaining software for scale.
  • Clear spoken and written communication.
  • An accomplished record of bringing significant value as an individual contributor.

Skill Sets Required

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, Python, C++, and JavaScript).
  • Strong experience in designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software architectures.
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control systems (like Git).
  • Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core computer science concepts.
