About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Native Application Developer to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our development organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering cloud-based CRM solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with our SAP Sales&Service Cloud application development team to resolve complex issues and improve software fault-tolerance in the cloud.
  • Guide customers in their data-driven application adoption journey and develop enterprise-grade data-driven applications.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, ML/Analytics engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to translate customer requests into useful product functionality.
  • Perform product design, modeling, implementation, testing, and service monitoring.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficient in two or more programming languages, including Java and JavaScript.
  • Strong knowledge of database and SQL concepts.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and object-oriented programming.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB.
  • Strong focus on delivering business value to customers.
  • Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and tools like Git, GitHub, Jira, and Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and cloud-native technologies, such as Docker, K8S, Kafka, and Spring Boot/NodeJs.
  • Knowledge of SAP technologies, such as SAP HANA and BTP, is a plus.
  • DevOps tooling hands-on knowledge.
  • UI technology knowledge, such as Angular and SAPUI5.
  • CRM functional domain knowledge is a plus.
  • Willingness to interact with customers and passionate about solving their issues.
