Operations Support Specialist

Overview: As a valued member of the FedEx team, this role is instrumental in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position plays a vital part in maintaining the high standards that have made FedEx one of the world's most admired companies.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
Job Description: Responsible for completing defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgment based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.
