Sales Executive Role: Our client, a global leader in concrete and construction machinery solutions, seeks a proactive Sales Executive to drive sales growth across assigned territories, expand market penetration, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth within assigned territories.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify high-potential customer segments and execute targeted sales strategies.
- Ensure timely collection of payments to maintain cash flow.
- Offer tailored solutions by understanding customer needs through market visits.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Generate inquiries and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit timely MIS reports, providing insights on sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and team to foster a collaborative sales culture.
- Continuously suggest process improvements based on customer feedback and market analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented attitude.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and continuously improve.
