Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to spearhead our video surveillance product strategy and drive business growth across South and West regions of India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a differentiated product offering, aligning with business goals.
  • Business Development: Originate and close new business opportunities, leveraging relationships with System Integrators, consultants, customers-enterprise, and government entities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and customer feedback analysis to identify market opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product development and launch execution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record in business development or sales, with a minimum 5-year experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the technology or security industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of CCTV and associated technologies, including network video systems and their topology.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients.
Preferred Qualifications

An MBA and previous experience working for a CCTV manufacturer would be beneficial but not essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000. Additional benefits include medical insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
