About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Professional to join our team at Greenlight. As a key member of our Security GRC & Trust program, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and infrastructure.

Job Summary

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned cybersecurity expert to lead and execute security projects, develop and maintain documentation, and implement and configure tooling for continuous security compliance monitoring. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of trust and accountability, ensuring alignment and effectiveness of our Security GRC & Trust program.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute security projects from start to finish, identifying and prioritizing vulnerabilities and process improvement opportunities across Greenlight's systems and infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation relevant to the IT SOX Program, including risk control matrices, process narratives, flowcharts, and more.
  • Design and deliver security awareness programs, including training and phishing simulations, to educate employees on best practices and security threats.
  • Perform internal security assessments using industry best practices and frameworks to identify, prioritize, and mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Implement and configure tooling for data security, vulnerability management, privacy security, and continuous security compliance monitoring.
  • Utilize automation to streamline Security GRC & Trust team tasks and support other security-related projects as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 7+ years of experience in information security, security governance, risk management, and compliance, with a focus on security engineering.
  • Proven experience with implementing and configuring Security GRC relevant tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and security frameworks, such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to foster a culture of trust and accountability within the organization.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, term life insurance, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
