Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Counselor to join our Delhi-based team. As a trusted advisor, you will connect with parents and students to promote our offerings while building strong relationships in the Middle East and Gulf regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Counseling: Engage with potential customers to explain our programs and help them select the most suitable learning solutions.
- Sales Execution: Convert leads into paying customers by demonstrating the value of our offerings and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Market Insights: Understand the education needs and cultural dynamics of the Middle East and Gulf regions to tailor sales strategies.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our presence in the Gulf region, working closely with the marketing and operations teams.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term connections with parents, students, and local stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business development, sales, or counseling roles. Prior experience in edtech or service startups is a plus.
- Languages:
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Arabic, or Malayalam is an advantage.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and handling customer interactions.
- Familiarity with edtech or education services is beneficial.
