About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Expansion Strategist to join our team at Thyrocare Technologies Ltd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers and acquiring new leads.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and pipeline contributions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
