About the Role

As a key member of our software engineering team, you will be responsible for developing reusable common services and product-specific components for our NowNow platform. You will collaborate with technical leads, architects, managers, product managers, and engineers to design, build, and own platform capabilities and product technical modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Translate business requirements into technical designs and perform impact analysis.
  2. Understand non-functional requirements and provide technical design for security, scalability, reliability, and availability.
  3. Design, build, test, deploy, and support software components and applications.
  4. Implement projects using Agile software development methodologies.
  5. Participate in daily scrums and provide incremental status updates.
  6. Contribute to best practices for development and validation.
  7. Estimate work and meet deadlines.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced iOS developer who has a strong understanding of software design patterns, OOPS concepts, SDLC, code management, and branching concepts. You should have experience in writing robust, secure, reusable, and scalable code using Swift, Swift UI, Objective C, and iOS frameworks. Additionally, you should be familiar with designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting technical components and services using Cocoa Touch, PL/SQL technologies, and databases like SQLite, Core Data, and Plist.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in creating certificates, notifications, and deploying iOS apps on the App Store.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Firebase, Crashlytics, Deep-linking, and InApp Notification.
  • Experience in building platform capabilities and applications consuming REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Knowledge of AWS Cloud platform services like AWS APIs, EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Event Bridge, and Redshift.
  • Experience in using Agile Scrum, Jira, Confluence, User Stories, Story Point Estimates, Tasks Breakdown, and Agile Ceremonies.
