About the Company

Overview of the Role:

The AR Caller/Senior AR Caller - RCM is responsible for managing day-to-day activities related to Denials Processing/Claims follow-up/Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review emails for updates and take necessary actions.
  • Document notes in software and spreadsheets.
  • Identify issues and escalate them to the immediate supervisor.
  • Update production logs.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience: 1-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Basic Computer Skills.
  • RCM Knowledge (HB).
  • Familiarity with Epic software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understand client requirements and specifications.
  • Meet productivity targets within stipulated timeframes.
  • Deliverables adhere to quality standards.
  • Follow up on pending claims.
  • Maintain status reports.
  • Will to work in night shifts.
