Senior Developer Manager

The ideal candidate will lead the development and configuration of software systems, focusing on process management or specific product lifecycle stages.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE upgrades and have hands-on experience with major version upgrades.
- Prioritize three-way compare and merge expertise.
- Provide regular progress updates and collaborate closely with Development Project Managers to manage delivery risks and issues effectively.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of 3DX best practices for development and mentor junior teams on resolving complex issues.
Technical Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years' experience with 3DExperience PLM platform as a developer.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong team management skills and experience working closely with peers.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE solution design and delivery, including upgrades and three-way compare and merge.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and package delivery in multi-development environments.
- Proficiency in EKL, Java, ADK, TCL, JSP, Spinner, MQL, and DMC.
