Counselor Liaison Specialist

**Job Title:** Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.

In this position, you will be responsible for welcoming inquiries from prospective students and providing them with information about admissions requirements, application deadlines, and program information. You will also assist in organizing career development programs with school counselors for students and convert walk-ins into registrations.

You will counsel prospective applicants on the admissions process and opportunities at the school, including one-on-one admissions counseling for diverse populations. Additionally, you will manage ongoing strategic communications with high schools, preschools, and independent counselors through email, print, and other media.

Other key responsibilities include maintaining correspondence with applicants and keeping records and files up-to-date. You will also update eMountLitera on a daily basis with enquiry, registration, and admission lists. Furthermore, you will monitor and control front office, reception, and back office work areas, ensuring that all administrative personnel have a clear understanding of the school system's problems and policies.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the school admissions and financial aid process, as well as proficient skills in career and educational development processes and strategies. They should also have effective communication abilities and proficiency in MS Office.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month, as well as a day shift schedule and English language requirements.
