Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management Analyst to join our Infrastructure Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing assets across the Collaboration Technology Services organization, ensuring seamless and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate IT asset inventories through the Hardware and Software Asset Management Database.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to communicate changes and potential issues in the production environment.
  • Ensure timely request fulfillment using SLAs, utilization tracking, compliance, and final disposition of assets.
  • Analyze contracts and relationships to maximize value creation and cost optimization for software licensing, maintenance, and service offerings.
  • Submit purchase requests for new assets and related supplies as needed.
  • Collect information for budgeting, software compliance, and inventory management.
  • Report on software installations versus licenses to ensure alignment.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.
  • Contribute to defining asset management strategies for the enterprise.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define business needs.
  • Analyze data to assist with maintenance, support, and license renewal management.
  • Provide support for problem-solving and escalation matters related to asset management.
  • Maintain hardware inventory within management systems and document assets properly.
  • Coordinate with procurement, accounting, and vendors on ordering, receiving, and invoicing software/hardware assets.
  • Support contract management activities in the IT and Legal areas.
  • Provide reporting as needed to support ITAM Governance activities.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in IT or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of Asset Management experience.
  • ServiceNow and CMDB expertise.
  • Familiarity with various IT assets, including servers and networking infrastructure.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on qualifications and location. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
