The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive - IT Solutions to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful onboarding of clients across our diverse service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the B2B segment, particularly in the IT sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Client Engagement:
- Promote Consultiquo's service offerings, including IT consulting, professional training, staff augmentation, and technology solutions such as ServiceNow, Ansible, ELK, Grafana, SolarWinds, Azure etc.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Proposal Management:
- Work with internal teams to create tailored proposals and presentations that align with client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and manage client onboarding.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely project execution.
Requirements
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience:
- 8-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT consulting or related domains.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT services, including digital transformation, ServiceNow, cloud computing, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 and LinkedIn for lead generation.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
