Regional Sales Strategist for HKVA Expansion

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Strategist to join our Mahindra Rise team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales strategy aligned with organizational priorities, ensuring seamless execution through state teams and OEM teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute sales plans and ensure market share growth.
- Manage OEM relationships and finances to optimize performance.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement culture to find solutions to complex problems.
Deliverables:
- Ensure business is driven through channels aligned with market potential and agreed plans.
- Develop channel/manpower capability for efficiency enhancement.
- Foster key market segments to enhance market share.
- Manage OEMs according to company policy and drive them to achieve business targets.
- Lead team management/driver/motivation to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in sales and leadership roles.
- Engineering Graduate (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent qualification.
- Strategic intent understanding, business financial knowledge, product know-how, and result-oriented skills.
- Able to handle a team of 5+ members and possess empathetic behavior, interpersonal skills, and coaching abilities.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
