About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Marketing Expert to lead our team in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive tangible results. As part of our dynamic team at DigiLantern, you will be responsible for managing large-scale campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads/Meta Ads/LinkedIn, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and Return on Investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end campaign strategies from ideation to execution, monitoring, evaluation, and optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research, maintain and monitor keyword bids, budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics.
  • Drive campaign optimizations through experiments and new initiatives, leveraging A/B testing ad formats, copies, bidding strategy, channel-spend-mix, and more.
  • Analyze and report campaign performances against set goals, utilizing tools like Google Analytics.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experiences, ensuring seamless conversions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A proven 2-5 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC), with in-depth knowledge of Google Ads/Meta Ads/LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, UACs, YouTube Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills, data-driven thought process, and optimization mindset.
  • The ability to think creatively, work independently, and own projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in running large-scale App Install campaigns.
  • Exposure and experience leading marketing in the Middle East and International Markets.
  • Knowledge of SEO On-Page and Off-Page SEO optimization levers.
  • Experience with Analytics and Attribution platforms like Branch, CleverTap.
  • Experience with Ad-Exchanges like Vserv, Komli, Tyroo, Affle, Resultrix.
  • Experience with DSPs like DV-360, In-Mobi, Revx.
  • Experience with content platforms like Taboola, and Outbrain - Experience with re-marketing platforms like Criteo, Adroll.
